The Caffè literary of Rome is located in the area of the former general markets, transformed by old slaughterhouse in "City of Arts", a pole of attraction of culture and fun more and more proactive.

 

The literary coffee is an intercultural space born from the idea of combining a library with specific themes with a coffee, thought not only as a meeting place/relax, typical of certain structured activities, but also as a "cultural place" in which to give life to outbreaks of Exchange of ideas. A form of hybrid communication that allows to integrate a commercial service with cultural activities in which those who produce art and culture can be in direct contact not only with those who benefit from it, but especially with those who distribute it. The literary coffee, designed by the architects Vincenzo Pultrone and Alfredo Corporal, is a multipurpose space of about a thousand square meters in which the commercial and cultural activities coexist, intersecting and influencing.

The literary café has inside the cinema room, the library, a section of the public Library of Rome, a web TV, concert hall, restaurant, exhibition halls, bar, conference room. Inside they have presented cultural and artistic projects numerous personalities.
