Led the artistic vision and strategic direction for the Creative Alliance; cultivated
individual donors, foundations, and grantors; collaborated and built alliances
with non-profits, community stakeholders, state and city officials, staff and board;
met and exceeded annual financial goals for a $3.1 million organization;
incubated creative risk of expression in the exhibition, performance, film, and
residency programs; Implemented bold and transformational programming to
support international and area artists, community members, underserved families
and children through arts education programs; nurtured a positive, innovative
team of 18 full-time staff and100 part-time staff who embrace social justice and
