Othello De'Souza-Hartley è un artista rappresentato dalla Sulger-Buel Lovell Gallery di Londra.

Ha studiato fotografia  presso la Central St Martins di Londra e ha poi conseguito un Master in Fine Art presso il Camberwell College of Art .

Nel gennaio 2011 ha ricevuto un premio artistico dall'Università di Londra.

De'Souza-Hartley è il destinatario di una serie di commissioni tra cui il Museum of Liverpool, la National Portrait Gallery, la Photographers' Gallery, il Victoria Albert Museum, il Camden Arts Centre e la Platform for Art.

De'Souza-Hartley ha avuto mostre personali al The Camden Arts Center e The Underground Gallery, oltre ad apparire in collettive alla Gasworks Gallery e alla APT Gallery di Londra.
