Objective: Photography, Research and Memory | 19-25 Oct 2026 | Rome Art Week

Objective: Photography, Research and Memory

International artists from Gallery UNO Berlin and local artists: Bak, Corak, di Ciaula, Hamman, Mirescu, Kohn, Stucky, Zumpe

Exhibition: October 17 - November 8, 2026

During Rome Art Week, Artists Studio Rome presents a selection of works from “OBJECTIVE”,

the group exhibition originally presented at Gallery UNO Projektraum Berlin as part of Berlin Art Week.

“OBJECTIVE” brings together a broad spectrum of contemporary photographic positions, exploring the tension between unconventional documentation and digital experimentation.

The works emerge from both collective and individual research, engage with the languages of cinema and audiovisual media, or approach fading memories through altered and estranging reconstructions.
The exhibition thus opens up different perspectives on the photographic image: as document, research tool, media experiment, and construction of memory.

The artists will also present their latest research-based works in the fields of Digital Art and New Media.
