Patrizia Genovesi is a professional photographer, cinematographic director of photography, filmmaker and video artist, photography instructor, and curator.

Starting from a scientific background, Patrizia Genovesi cultivates her eclecticism and artistic sensitivity through continuous and in-depth study. In photography, she trained with masters such as Leonard Freed, Richard Kalvar, and Moises Samam of the international Magnum Photos agency. She studied art history and music and developed additional skills such as screenwriting under the guidance of acclaimed director Mario Monicelli and Strega Prize-winning writer Domenico Starnone. She studied theatrical directing with Argentine director Renzo Casali of the Actors Studio.

Since the early 2000s, she has collaborated on live broadcasts and documentary reports with television networks, radio stations, and news outlets.
