Meghit Mohamed Larbi Ben Othmane is a contemporary visual artist from Algeria, born in 1993. As a painter and sculptor, he has been teaching drawing for over eight years. He holds a degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in sculpture from the School of Fine Arts in Tlemcen, and a Master's degree in Visual Arts from Abou Bekr Belkaid University (2012–2016). His work draws inspiration from philosophical themes, the rich cultural heritage of Algeria, and a deep commitment to animal rights. Through a poetic and expressive visual language, he explores the relationship between identity, memory, and nature, giving voice to what is often left unheard. He has participated in more than 25 art exhibitions and salons across Algeria, earning three major national awards, including the prestigious President of the Republic Award for Visual Arts—Algeria's highest artistic honor. He also has experience in set and decor design for cinema."
