Film:
2003: The Euphoria Project: Lee Boot, director Fabricated sculptural set-pieces for feature-film.

2000 Aug: Hannibal, director: Ridley Scott, starring: Anthony Hopkins, Julianne Moore and Gary Oldman.
Provided sculptural props and set pieces and was employed as on-location consultant during the production of the motion-picture, Hannibal.

Museums & Exhibitions:
Feb 2020: The Baltimore Museum of Art. Katharina Grosse, Is it You: Fabricated a 200ftx250ft canvas with the assistance of staff and volunteers for the exhibition
1992-2000: Worked as an independent professional artist, producing sculptures, drawings and prints for public exhibition and sale, including occasional free-lance work in museum display. Projects include concept drawings for Experience Music Project in Seattle, display props for the Smithsonian’s Museum of African American Culture in Anacostia and rugs for the dinosaur display at the Children’s Museum in Seattle

Skills:
Metal: extensive experience in welding, MIG, TIG, unshielded arc and oxy-acetylene, plasma and oxygen cutting (steel and aluminium)
Hot and cold forging and shaping (various metals) Rivets and cold fasteners

Wood: carving, shaping, lamination, carpentry and joinery

Textile and fiber: extensive experience in hand sewing, sewing machines of all kinds, particularly unusual industrial machines, comprehensive experience with leather including wet-forming, hand and machine stitching
Patternmaking, garment construction and textile structures with woven and non-woven textiles

Mould-making: working knowledge of pattern forms, undercuts and orientation, mould materials and release agents, particular experience with metal casting

Performance: Particularly interested in the relationship between object/material and body
