Helia Hamedani was born in Tehran-Iran in 1981 and lives and works in Rome. She graduated from Sapienza in art history, writes for magazines and has proved to be an independent curator particularly attentive to interculturality. As in 2013 with nomadic artists in the City of Art at the Factory, Macro Museum of Testaccio (former abattoir) and an exhibition on the theme of the house that has been going on for two years at the gallery the cloud of Oort. She is the curator of BridgeArt’s first residence, the project that aims to create a bridge for creative sharing and dialogue between distant worlds.
