Laura Grosso was born in Bari in 1955, she has lived in Rome since 1966. She completed her training in Rome at the Art School and Academy of Fine Arts in via Ripetta, led by the masters Poggi, Fraschetti and Ziveri, who introduced her to twentieth century Italian painting . She chooses to focus her research only on painting and specifically on light.She painted en plein air in Italy, the United States, Germany and, together with other painters, in China, Israel and France.Since 2007, in her Roman studio, she has been the guide for a selected group of students.
