Giulia saracco was born in Italy but transfer in an early age with the family to New York. Received her formal education at Academy of Fine Arts in New York and at Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Artsand in Philadelphia.
From 1970 to 1985 her artistic activity had an abrupt stop due to her involved in the family.
From 1978 to 1986 she partecipate d in the activities of the counties association called arcobaleno as an animator for schools city and the region.
From 1985 she went back to make art following varies personal stimulus
From 2000 sculpting in clay and stone became her main interest.
