Daniela Duccini was born and lives in Rome, where she graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts. Since the 1980s, she has pursued various careers in illustration, decoration, and set design, before discovering ceramics, which she has been practicing for several years.
At the same time, she has always maintained a special relationship with painting, even during periods when she has not exhibited her works, continuing her exploration of reality and abstraction as a synthesis of the visible and the invisible, abstraction and figuration as two sides of the same coin.
She taught Art for many years in middle schools, where she curated and implemented, as the creator and leader, numerous workshops and projects on artistic and cultural themes, including two European Comenius Projects, for which she was coordinator and director for Italy. She resumed her artistic and exhibition activities full-time several years ago.
