FluO Association was established in 2015, based Rome. It is active throughout the entire Italian territory, with particular reference to the regions of central - southern Italy.
In 2018 FluO opened the UP Urban Prospective Factory exhibition space, a forge of events and exhibitions related in various ways to contemporary and urban art.
At the same time, UP is active in spreading artistic knowledge in order to produce an expansion of the public base that benefits from it.
UP wants to be a sort of bridge for the "non experts" to get close to the suggestions of the different artistic expressions.
