Born in the Italian city of Tursi in the province of Matera. In 1976 studies directing at the Theatre School "Piccolo" (Milan, Italy) and, in parallel, studies at the State University of Milan at the Faculty of Modern Literature. Having graduated from the University of Bari (Faculty of Literature), Veneziano gets qualification, necessary to teach Latin and Italian languages, history and philosophy. Nowadays, Corrado Veneziano works as a theater director (among latest events Venice Biennale, Laboratorio Internazionale del teatro, and Festival of Valle d'Itria can be mentioned), he also teaches pronunciation and phonetics. Corrado Veneziano moved to Rome, where in 1999 he was offered the Department of Linguistics, and in 2002 the course of the Italian language and its dialects in the National Academy of Dramatic Arts "Silvio D'Amico". During these years, he works as a lecturer of rhetoric and communication in Italian and foreign academies and universities (including Harvard, where he held a course in Italian Studies at Humanities Center at Harvard), he has published few works dedicated to the Italian pronunciation. Corrado Veneziano’s personal exhibition “Le forme dei non-luoghi” (“Forms of no spaces) is held in the “ECOS” gallery (Rome, Italy). In 2013, July Corrado Veneziano presents once again his art, this time in the form of catalogue, issued by the publishing house "Ponte Sisto" (Rome). The book contains his masterpieces created between 2000 and 2012, the catalogue received a positive review of Achille Bonito Oliva. From November, 2013 Corrado Veneziano transfers his activities as teacher and artist to Brussels. At the Institute of Italian Culture in the Belgian capital he presents his works during "Non-places" event. Two important events took place in 2015. The first is connected to Julia Heinz exhibition «Isbn Dante e altre visioni", held in Paris at the Espace en Cours, the second - the painting commissioned by RAI for the International TV, internet and radio competition, 67 ° Prix Italy. The exhibition in Paris was dedicated to the 750th anniversary of the birth of Dante Alighieri. The painting for Prix Italy (festival was held in Turin between 19 and 24 September) became the symbol of the festival Prix in 2015, titled "The Power of History. Laboratory of creativity." Veneziano’s work was dedicated to the "father" of history Herodotus. In 2016 the exhibition "L'Anima dei non-luoghi" ("Soul Code") was held in St. Petersburg, Russia at the "Nevsky 8" Gallery. The exhibition included the works inspired by the ISBN codes. The exhibition was opened on January 29, 2016, and was originally scheduled up to end on February, 12. Due to the interest of the public it has been extended until 22 February. Personal exhibitions[edit] Venice International University, Theater workshop "Ciao: East of East, Exhibition: VIU Students’ works of art" 2008

In 2019, Corrado Veneziano started his work on Dante Alighieri in view of the celebrations of the 700th anniversary of his death. In the course of these months it has therefore resumed his works with barcodes (in this case, thirty-four vertical lines for Hell, thirty-three for Purgatory and Heaven) and points and lines in space for the Morse alphabet, to evoke Kandinsky's suggestions. Thirty-three works have been created, all in large format and each enriched by a sentence taken from the Comedy, to tie together verbal and visual signs and references. The final project - "ISBN Dante and other visions", coordinated by the D D'Arte association directed by Francesca Barbi Marinetti - was selected on 9 October 2020 (with patronage and financial support) - by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and the National Committee Dante700 established by the Italian government.
