Visual artist, painter and musician. Creator of the Social Artistic Calligram and the Duemila Voci contemporary art projects. She studies and experiments with forms of synaesthetic union in visual art, performance and musical and teaching activity.

Visual artist, painter, flautist-musician, creator of the Duemila Voci Artistic Projects and the Artistic-Social Calligram. In these projects the written word becomes a multifaceted resource that crosses the fields of linguistics and visual art at the same time, becoming a symbol of attention, in opposition to the violent advance of hyper-information. 

Graduated with full marks in Transverse Flute at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory of Music in Rome and perfected her musical studies, Francesca Grosso graduated in Arti e Scienze dello Spettacolo at La Sapienza University, with a thesis in Ethnomusicology dedicated to the soundscape of city ​​of Rome, graphically developing informal scores and treating the sounds/noises of the city like a symphony orchestra.

Her favorite techniques are nib and ink for writing works, watercolor and oil for pictorial creations, as well as experiments with digital tools in video art.

Starting from 2017 she finally decided to show her works in public, opening social pages. In the same year her painting La Cattiva Strada won the Premio Fabrizio De André for painting.

Between 2018 and 2019, following the idea of ​​creating a channel of expression for the young generations and giving life to a type of art that also had a social function, she dedicated herself to collecting interviews for the La Voce dei 2000 project , the first of the Duemila Voci projects. 

This is followed by the Voices from Quarantine series and the two performances of L'Urlo di Penelope, in the garden of the MAXXI Museum in Rome, dedicated to the voice of women against gender violence during the Bambuse cultural event, organized by UVA and FemaleCut Italia.

In 2020 she collaborates as an illustrator with the UVA communication agency. Participates with the work Fraintendimi in the Wow Space project organized by the artistic collective 100% contemporary.

The portraits of words dedicated to Peppino and Felicia Impastato are found in the Museum - Casa Memoria in Cinisi. The portrait of words created in support of the campaign for the liberation of Patrick Zaki, organized and promoted by the InOltre Alternativa Progressista Association, was exhibited in the main institutional offices and squares of Italy and at the European Parliament. In 2021 he collaborates with the People-pub publishing house. In the same year the new series Duemila Voci sull'amore and Frasi di Senso Computer were born. She presented an NFT work in March 2021. In 2022 she participated in the Rome Art Week with the work Insolubilia. In 2023 the complete exhibition of the La Voce dei 2000 project will be inaugurated at the Casa del Municipio Roma I Centro. In August 2023 she created the performance entitled Who's your enemy, exhibition and readings at the Kunstkiosk in Düsseldorf, in collaboration with the artists Vera Vorneweg and Nadine Pitthan. From 25 to 27 September 2023, on the occasion of the Alma Mater Fest, in a live writing performance, in collaboration with the University of Bologna, she creates a choral work containing the testimonies of those who experienced the flood in Emilia Romagna in 2023. The work entitled Migliaia di persone come una - Duemila Voci per l'Università di Bologna remained permanently at the University.
