Roberto Gabriele, born in 1968, professional photographer, describes himself as having been born a photographer. For him, photography has never been a job but a way of life. He sees photography as simply a way of being and thinking.
He trained at the Istituto Superiore di Fotografia in Rome with a two-year advanced course, followed by two more years at the School of Advanced Specialization in Photographic Languages at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome.
Active as a professional since 1992, for over 20 years he focused on advertising still life and corporate reportage. He spent his free time traveling slowly with his camera across four continents while earning his license as a certified tour guide.
Since 2013, he has fully dedicated himself to organizing photography-focused trips around the world, specifically designed for photography enthusiasts, teaching photography directly in the field during the travels. This led to the creation of www.viaggiofotografico.it, which offers a new business concept based on experiential tourism for a niche photography market with needs entirely different from those of regular travelers.
