A green corner in the heart of Rome, full of palm trees and cylindrical
yews will be the introductory frame to the exhibition "La stanza fiorita",
housed in the historic winter garden of the Catherine Institute
Volpicelli.
A walk through the secrets of the building it overlooks
on the grandiose Michelangelo gate of Porta Pia and look
the British embassy. A place rich in history and interesting views
that you can discover with the guide of a former student, Carla Picaro,
later teacher of a prestigious Roman school.
We will visit the outside, the room on the ground floor, the chapel,
the cabinet scientific, the room with the painted ceiling and
the view on Porta Pia. The visit will end in the winter garden
with the exhibition.
