As part of the exhibition "La stanza fiorita" in the beautiful winter
garden of the Volpicelli Institute, we will read with the teacher Zen
nun and dancer, Annamaria Gyoetsu Epifanìa, excerpts from her book
"If you breathe, you are dancing. The art of surrender to the movement",
curated by Katia Paoletti, president and founder of Gart, Lindau
Publisher. On this occasion the short dance performance "Dharma Trilogy"
will be screened, which recalls the three acts of the book: chaos,
lightness, everyday life.
The cellist Federico Albero, Accademia degli Ostinati, opens the event.
"A breath. A breath is enough and it is action. A concentrated attitude
is enough and it is communication; an abandonment of everything is
enough and beauty inflames the interior space; from this life emanates".
