Fabia Rodi (Madrid, 1983) is an Italian-Spanish artist who lives and works in Rome. After training in photography in Madrid, she moved to Rome in 2004, where she continued her research and visual experimentation.
Her artistic practice encompasses photography, collage, and ceramics, media that allow her to explore images, materials, and forms from diverse perspectives.
Since 2016, collage has played a central role in her research. By cutting and assembling images from magazines, publications, and digital sources, Rodi creates compositions in which heterogeneous fragments intersect, generating new visual associations and imaginary narratives. Her work moves in a personal universe, free from a single thread, where experimentation and intuition guide the creative process.
Alongside collage and photography, ceramics represents another avenue of research through which she explores the relationship between material, gesture, and imagination.
His works have been exhibited in Italy, Spain, France and the United States.
