Codice Visivo is an exhibition that explores photography as a plural language, as an emotional, narrative, and formal alphabet. Four authors, four distinct visual codes, brought together in a single space to stimulate a multifaceted gaze upon our time.
The aim is not thematic unity, but the tension between singularities. Each project becomes an autonomous voice in a dissonant yet coherent chorus, where the photographic image reveals its deepest function: to translate, to decode, to construct, and to reinterpret reality.
The exhibition is distinguished by its methodological openness and by the inclusion of contemporary tools, among them the use of artificial intelligence as a means of image processing and generation—bearing witness to the continuous evolution of the photographic language and its liminal territories.
Here, photography is not understood merely as a technique, but as a device of thought, as a form of writing the world and the self.
In a present dominated by continuous flows of fleeting images, Codice Visivo stands out for its intent to re-establish a space of attention and density—a slowed time in which the photographic image once again becomes a field of reflection, inquiry, and resistance.
