The second open meeting will offer another public demonstration of one of our typical workshops.
We will explore the harmony of sound and movement through the experience of Ziu Xie, a young Chinese performer and artist, soprano and art therapist. For the past two years, she has been successfully attending art workshops at Fondazione Cervelli Ribelli ETS, working with aspiring neurodivergent artists.
Ziu Xie teaches how to express oneself artistically, also drawing on techniques and tools rooted in Eastern culture.
In the 2025/26 season, this artist is participating as a teacher in the project “The right to art for rebellious minds”, supported by the “Giovan Battista Baroni” Foundation. The project aims to challenge stereotypes, assigning art the task of granting dignity of existence to people considered outside the norm, for whom we firmly believe it is possible to counteract indifference and stigma by enhancing their expressive potential.
Ours is a school-workshop of arts and artistic techniques for self-expression. We work in a welcoming and creative environment, we have committed to providing tools and materials for artistic productions, and we have built a team of qualified professionals to run the workshops. Our goal is to create opportunities for both social and work inclusion for young neurodivergent adults. We are convinced that dignity of existence can be achieved through artistic expression and the enhancement of differences.
