What's "schizzibizzi'? A combination of "schizzi" (i.e., "sketches") and "schiribizzo" (i.e., whims).
The streets of Rome are filled with inspiration for the eyes and ears. Mixing together the amazing typography of its shops, the wonder of its dialect, its historic sites, and the hordes of starlings that create art in its skies, I create drawings in ink and linocuts that are little portraits of an amazing city, all to make you laugh in those moments when Rome is a bit much (that it: always!).
They're also love letters.
I'm opening my home studio to anyone who loves Rome and wants to have a moment of lightness in their day.
