TOMMY AT WORK

Exhibition of works by Tommy Nicoletti. The expressive evolution of a neurodivergent artist. Dancing puppets that animate objects.

We are showcasing a retrospective of Tommy's work in comparison with the latest stages of his artistic journey.

From his early works in acrylic on canvas to 15 large paintings of his most recent production. His entire universe explodes in surreal assemblages of characters and objects in continuous dynamic interaction.

This leads to his reinterpretations of the most iconic works by the masters of design: the Arco Flos lamp by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, the Eclisse lamp by Artemide, designed by Vico Magistretti, the Mezzadro stool by Zanotta, created by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, the Lettera 22 typewriter by Olivetti, the Radio cube 50 by Brionvega, designed by Zanuso and Sapper, the Chaise Longue resting armchair by Le Corbusier, the Armchair Sack by Zanotta, the Piaggio Vespa, the Moka Bialetti and the Panton Chair by Vitra.

Finally, the most appreciated declination of his creativity expressed in the ‘MUG RIBELLI’ project. The first step to develop a replicable module that allows a neurodivergent artist to succeed in entering a market that appreciates him for the objective value of his production, without ‘charitable’ or ‘pietistic’ implications.
