Open studio is an event that aims to open the shared studio of emerging artist Yuxiang Wang to the public.
Wang Yuxiang was born in 1997 in Anhui, China. He lives and works in Rome.
His interventions are predominantly site-specific, Wang fits into the place that hosts the work by privileging the exaltation of the residue and appealing to the memory that objects, like stones, maintain and inherit.
A sensibility capable of gathering and reworking the art-historical significance of a space through essentiality, a legacy of the Eastern culture of origin.
