The Open Studio presents a selection of Fashion Paintings on paper and a new series of Wearable Drawings: hand-painted cotton tote bags, born from the transition of the drawing from paper to fabric.
The exhibition, conceived in the domestic space of the Home Office Atelier, brings together works on paper, wearable objects, mannequins, materials, and work tools. A section of the space will be dedicated to the creative process and live experimentation.
The project explores fashion as a visual language and the transition from image to object, between art, illustration, function, and sustainability.
