SottocorrenteArte presents the finissage of the anthological exhibition by Fabrizio Intonti, a visual artist and fine art photographer with a strong philosophical foundation.
The exhibition sequence weaves together internationally award-winning photographs with never-before-seen neon light sculptures, where light becomes a natural extension of photographic narrative. Drawing from surrealist influences and visual paradoxes (such as in the Sottosopra series), Intonti’s work delivers a striking reflection on the body and contemporary identity: from the clichés of commercial communication deconstructed in the Vanity Fire series, to the market of desire investigated in the artwork Insert Coin.
On the occasion of Rome Art Week, this finissage offers an opportunity to explore the intersection between the aesthetic impact of art and Sottocorrente’s clinical research—exposing the ambiguities of contemporary sociality and the illusion of digital "sharing."
