A pictorial practice centered on color as a mental and emotional space. Layers, vibrations, and harmonies shape visual poems that create an intimate bond between the painter and the viewer

My current work focuses on color: its identity, its attraction, the search for balance between layers of pictorial matter, vibrations, and harmony. The aim is to offer the viewer a mental space and create an emotional intimacy between painter and spectator. Through my paintings, I seek to evoke emotional intimacy in the viewer, as though the observer and I were connected. I like to think of these works as visual poems. Only when this balance is achieved do I consider the painting complete.
