Andrea Tubertini - Born in 1973, lives and works in Rome. Always passionate about technology and photography, he developed a special love for portrait photography and often combines these passions in his creative projects.

He approaches portraiture with a natural and authentic style. For him, the subjects of his photographs are like raw material, to be carefully shaped to reveal their true human essence. Andrea believes that faces, eyes, skin, and even wrinkles can tell deep stories about the life and personality of the portrayed people.

In composing his works, he aims to convey a rich, engaging, and sometimes even powerful atmosphere. His ability to balance aesthetic beauty and emotional depth is evident in his creations. Through his sensitive eye, he often captures a poetic side of the subjects, making his photographs even more striking and evocative.

His artistic style is not confined to rigid forms but aims to create harmony and emotion in every shot. Andrea's ultimate goal is to create art through photography, allowing his creativity to communicate and raise awareness on relevant issues. His passion and dedication to portrait photography are palpable in every project, as he always strives to go beyond appearances and tell true and deep stories, offering a glimpse into the complexity and beauty of the human soul.

Over the years, Andrea has showcased his artistic skills through numerous personal and collective exhibitions. However, one of the artist's most significant and challenging projects is 'I'm not a doll,' a photographic project focusing on eating disorders. Through this initiative, the photographer aims to raise awareness and promote understanding of a delicate social issue. He has extended the scope of this project through numerous events held in Rome, Naples, and Milan, actively collaborating with psychologists, nutritionists, and other professionals specializing in eating behavior disorders (DCA). The project is a work in progress on Instagram: @imnotadollproject.
