Born in Rome in the characteristic Garbatella district in 1968, I live between the Capital and the countryside of Sabina Romana in Palombara Sabina. Creative artist in various forms of expression. I have participated as a medal sculptor in exhibitions in Italy and abroad. My art is at the same time as ancient as it is modern and current, because it highlights a moment, an event, a commemoration or a simple concept, expressed in a minimal and introspective space. An inspiration from archetypes, a reworking of the ancient with archaic references that recall the Middle Ages or are inspired by the neo-baroque, thus updating and personalizing universal concepts.
Studies: III Liceo Artistico graduated in 1985/86 Diploma of Engraver - Medal Sculptor obtained from the School of the Art of the Medal of the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato in the academic year 1989/90. Certificate of professional qualification Jewellery Designer - C.A.D. obtained at the Professional Training Center of the Municipality of Rome, Via di S. Basilio, 51 in the 1994/95 training year. I studied with the master medalist sculptor Guido Veroi where I was able to perfect the technique of designing and creating works with sculptural techniques that obtain the figurative result not only by shaping the material but also by directly excavating it, in the positive or negative. I worked in the field of restoration and goldsmithing and in the retouching and cleaning of art castings by great Masters in the Artistic Bronzes Section of the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato.
