Francesco Straface
Painter
Born in Taranto, he lives in Rome. Initially linked to a pop aesthetic with a focus on the narrative aspect, his formal research shifts from the representation of urban landscapes to the traces
left by radio-controlled vehicles (cars, trucks, tanks, helicopters) on different supports and surfaces (pvc, canvas, cellulose, high-precision cements, silicone rubber). He also devotes himself to engraving, photography and video.
Education:
2025 Second-level Master's program in New Technologies for Communications, Cultural Management, and Art History Education; for an immersive and multisensory experience of cultural heritage. University of Rome Tor Vergata.
