Born in Gallipoli, a philosophy graduate, he embarked on his artistic journey as a teenager, supported by the legacy already laid within his family, particularly by the more renowned artist Elena Picciolo, awarded, among other honors, "Prince of Culture." His works reveal an artist capable of transforming matter into emotion, through a constant pursuit of tactility, warmth, spirituality, and humanity. Everything appears suspended between reality and symbol, gesture and thought. Even objects—a violin, a case, a deck of cards—transform into emotional witnesses, becoming sculptures of memory, relics of an inner world, presented with both modesty and wonder. In the artist's work, the sacred and the everyday, history and dreams, coexist. Painting thus becomes a way to seek the light within the substance of things, to listen to the sound that vibrates beneath the surface. He has contributed to the design of several book covers and is the author of several articles. His life is shaped by the chaos of tourism, the deafening silence and beauty of the Salento coast, and the incessant artistic ferment of Rome.
