I was born in Rome on June 4, 1964. I am a multidisciplinary artist and graduated in "Scenography" from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. I love multimedia installations, sculpture, painting and every possible hybridization.

Born in Rome on June 4, 1964, a multidisciplinary artist, he graduated as a set designer from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome and as an engraver from the "Scuola dell’Arte della Medaglia" of the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato in Rome, where he explored many of the major sculpture techniques: from plaster casting to metal engraving, from bronze casting to embossing and chasing. From 2013 to 2016, he taught "Theory of Perception and Psychology of Form" at the "P. Vannucci" Academy of Fine Arts in Perugia and currently teaches "Drawing and Art History" at the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR).

 

He began exhibiting his contemporary art works in 1987. After his experiences in painting and sculpture, since 1999 he has also been involved in computer graphics, 3D animation, video mapping and live visuals. Among his latest experiences are the video performance “Erravit terra mareque” with the flutist Monica Limongelli and music by Lucio Gregoretti at the European Library in Rome, and video installations in public places such as Luci dal Labirinto (2018 at Villa Faina, San Venanzo, Terni), and in cultural spaces such as La Soglia (Video installation at the “Festival del Verde e del Paesaggio”, 2018, at the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome and the Shamans of digital Festival in 2019 at the M.A.C.R.O. Museum of Contemporary Art, Rome. He is present in the permanent collection of the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro, at the MAAM “Museo dell'Altro e dell'Altrove” in Rome and in numerous private collections. Articles and reviews of the exhibitions have appeared in major national newspapers and important art magazines. including Corriere della Sera, La Repubblica, Il Messaggero, Il Popolo, Il Tempo, Il Manifesto, Il Giornale, L’Espresso, L’Unità,
