Un2 explores fragility and identity through three-dimensional works created from reclaimed materials. Matter il transformed into forms and colors that evoke change, resiliance, and new possibilities for connection between the artwork and the viewer.
Data and contact details

The artistic research of Un2 begins with a seemingly simple gesture: looking beyond what is visible. It is within this threshold between surface and meaning that a language rooted in matter, recovery, and transformation takes shape.

Objects and materials removed from their original purpose are reassembled into new configurations, where form, colour, memory, and space enter into dialogue. What has been discarded acquires a renewed presence, becoming a material for storytelling.

At the heart of this process lies the human being, with its layers, its roots, and its constant confrontation between what has been and what is yet to become. The past does not appear as a static memory, but as an underlying presence that continues to act, settle, and generate new possibilities.

In Un2’s poetic language, fragility assumes a meaning different from the one commonly attributed to the term. It is not surrender, but an openness to change; not loss, but the possibility of transformation. Like matter itself, the human being can be shaped by time, marked, fragmented, and yet recomposed into a new form.

Through matter, Un2 enters the deeper territories of being, where identity, memory, and transformation intertwine, giving shape to what we preserve, to what we are, and to what has yet to find a voice.

Three-dimensionality breaks the boundaries of the support and brings the artwork into an ambiguous space, suspended between reality and perception, presence and absence, intimacy and visibility. It is here that the artwork ceases to be merely an object and becomes a space of encounter.

Un2’s poetic language therefore develops around an idea of continuous transformation: of matter, time, memory, and identity. A practice that finds in fragility not the limit of being, but its most authentic possibility to change, endure, and reinvent itself.
