Silvia Faieta (born in 1978), sculptor and draftswoman, lives and works in Rome, where she earned a degree in electronic engineering. Her scientific studies have always run parallel to her artistic pursuits, influencing the expressive and technical tools used in her work. Her artistic language—characterized by a black and white palette, fuses rationalist form with esoteric and numerological symbolism. She has exhibited at various galleries and institutions, including: Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Palazzo Barberini, Mercati di Traiano, MACRO-La Pelanda, and Nero Gallery in Rome, as well as the "Le Carré d’Or" gallery in Paris and the Kunstverein in Dortmund. In January 2026, she held her latest solo exhibition at Galleria 291 Est in Rome, presenting a project that blends sculpture, poetry, and electronic music. Her work has been featured in numerous publications, including “Il Tempo”, “Il Messaggero”, “la Repubblica”, “Inside Art”, “Art a part of cult(ure)”, “Equipèco”, “Stigmazine”, and “Wall Street International Magazine”.
