Antonella Laganà
Antonella Laganà, PARIS and ROME,a lirico-spazial painter and a poet,took a degree in Literature at Pisa University.Se started exhibiting in 1993 having held numerous exhibitions in all the wordl.Well known critics(Sgarbi-Levi )have written about her.

Born in Reggio Calabria,she moved to Piombino at the age of two and half with her parents : Francesco,a doctor and poet,and Stella Maria,a natural sciences teacher.

In classical high school,she was taught by the father of Antonio Natali ,the former director of the Uffizi Gallery in Florence.

She later lived in Livorno,where

Francesco directed the health services,and earned a degree in Literature from the University of Pisa.

From 1970 to 2002,having become a Florentine, she painted on Via della Scala in front of the Corsini Garden.

Florence is the city that shaped her artistically and culturaly.

In 1980,1981,1982,1991,1992 and 1993 she lived in Rome's Trastevere neighbohood on vicolo del Bologna and vicolo Moroni and from 2004 to 2013 near the San Camillo .

In Rome ,at Cinema Democratico, Lagana'attended the Film Writing Courses held by Leo Benvenuti,Ugo Pirro e Tonino Valeri.

Since 1999 she has also lived in the Marais district of Paris, and after partecipating in the Salon d'Automne ,since 2005 Antonella has exhibited annually at Art Capital at the GRAND PALAIS for the Salon des Inde'pendants (she is "societaire").

After a break in Livorno she returned to Rome and since 2024 has lived in Ostia Lido ,nestled among the pine trees and the sea.

Lagana had exhibited his paintings in important solo and group exhibitions in Italy: at Rome ,Milan,Florence Palermo,Turin,,Naples ,Venice ,Bologna,Genoa,Pisa, Livorno, Viareggio ,Forte dei Marmi etc.

And abroad in Paris, London ,Madrid,Berlin,Zurich ,Brussels,Montecarlo,Cannes Haifa,Tokio,NewYork ArtExpo Santa Fe',Miami RedDot etc.
