Since our foundation in 1965, we have been accompanying the Romans with our cars. From the beginning with Volkswagen, the symbol of society in the 70s and 80s, we have grown by keeping up with a world that was evolving towards the challenges and opportunities of globalization and digitalization. While maintaining our DNA, we have expanded our expertise and vision with brands such as Bentley and Volvo which, in 2018, also sanctioned the definitive generational change with the transformation from ITAL WAGEN into the current IWR Automotive. Ours is a constantly evolving path for goals achieved and increasingly ambitious goals both for company growth and for prospects and expansion of services and the reference market.
With the passion and great experience gained in over 50 years of activity and passed from the hands of Antonio Giorgio de Paolis, founder of the company, to his daughter Valentina, the journey continues towards new and increasingly ambitious goals that lead the company towards modernity, without ever losing the roots that have always made it a pillar in the Roman automotive landscape. Emblem of this path, between 2019 and 2020, the acquisition of two major brands such as Jaguar Land Rover and Hyundai, as well as the beginning of the collaboration with ALD Automotive for rental services. With our feet firmly planted in our long history, we find the strength and enthusiasm to look to a future of development, growth, new services and professionalism ever closer to the needs of our customers.
