Verena D’Alessandro graduated in Modern Languages and Literatures at the University “La Sapienza” of Rome, and specialized in Sociology of the Art and Culture at “Ecole des Hautes Etudes” in Paris. Subsequently, as a professor, she taught Sociology of the Cultural Processes and Visual Communication at the University “La Sapienza” during several years. At the end of the 90’s she graduated in painting at the Municipal School of Ornamental Arts of Rome. In 2001 she started her exhibition activity; since then she was invited in important institutional art exhibitions and presented her works in solo exhibitions in several cities.
Verena D’Alessandro lives and works in Rome.
