The building is the property of the Bulgarian state, acquired through the donation of world-renowned Bulgarian opera singer Boris Christoff. In its capacity as a Cultural Institute, the Academy expands its activities and strives for the dissemination of Bulgarian culture in Italy in all fields of art.
