Our Gallery "Il Leone", just like the animal it is called after, has got brand new courage and life. Our project comes from the experience of the old gallery, that has been her for more than 60 years.
In January, guided by our great passion, we gave a second life to the Gallery "Il Leone" with a total white renovation.
Our aim is to create a social and experiencial meeting point for artists and art lovers where they can freely discover, appreciate and discuss about art works. This is why every artists who chooses to exhibit in our Gallery, will live an experience, a sensation, an emotion.
The Gallery is located in Rome's City Center, precisely in Via Merulana, next to some of the most important historical sites: Colosseum, San Giovanni and Circo Massimo. Two metro station are located nearby and connect it to the rest of the city, as well as two bus stops.
The program we present is full of exhibitions, included personal and collective exhibitions, introducing innovative developments in paintings, sculpture, photography, video and paper works.
Creativity is a personal thing, and each person has got their own creative motivation and urge. It is on this very sentence that we have centered or re-opening.
