EDDart Gallery, located in Rome in the historic palace Palazzo Orsini Taverna, specializes in Italian Modern and Contemporary Art. The Gallery always had a special connection with the city of Rome and with the artists who lived or worked in this city.It was founded in 2018.Today it enjoys an excellent position thanks to the curatorship of some of the most established Italian and international art collections.Initially specializing in Art Advisory, EDDart curates a number of Italian twentieth-century art collections based in Rome, Milan, Paris, and New York, focusing on Italian post-World War II art in close collaboration with the artists' own archives and foundations of reference. Recently it has also begun to work with young contemporary artists, carrying out an intense exhibition and publishing activity. The focus of the gallery has always been the international promotion of the work of emerging and recognized Italian artists; this identity makes EDDart one of the most interesting and leading realities of existing galleries in Rome.Over the years, it gained a prominent role in the Italian art market by managing works of primary importance especially by the artists of the Scuola di Piazza del Popolo such as Mario Schifano, Franco Angeli, Tano Festa, Giosetta Fioroni, but also Pino Pascali, Cy Twombly, Jannis Kounellis , Alighiero Boetti, and Carla Accardi.

In 2021, the long relationship with the fashion house Dior and its creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri led EDDart to collaborate closely with the fashion house on the set up of the SS 2022 runway show curated by artist Anna Paparatti represented by the gallery exclusively. From 2018 to date, the gallery has organized more than 19 exhibitions including group and solo shows, exhibiting many important Italian artists. In recent years, the Gallery has also developed a fabric of institutional relationships that led us to organize important exhibition projects for some of the artists represented. (Museo Carlo Bilotti, MAXXI, Palazzo Bellomo Syracuse).Among the most relevant exhibitions reviewed in major Italian newspapers are found the group shows "The Cosmic Movie" (May 2020), "Orizzonti Italiani"(December 2020) , "Filo Rosso" (February 2021) "Il Grande Gioco" (May 2021), "Costellazioni" (October 2021), "Un Mio Paesaggio" (February 2022), "Mario Schifano, Per Terra" (October, 2022), "Cover. Alighiero and Boetti & Frédéric Bruly Bouabré" (March, 2023).
