From the 3rd to 13th of May 2021, at the Medina Art Gallery of Rome, the Danila Bonito's solo exhibition, "Energies and Memories" curated by Federica Acierno.

"Energies and Memories" is the title of Danila Bonito's personal exhibition at the Medina Gallery.
The project was born from the artist's love for stones and objects collected during numerous travels. Danila Bonito makes of stones, precious and otherwise, and of small artifacts the material trace of her wandering. It is her small happinesses, apparently marginal and negligible, that remove the dusty veil of time. They revive "memories covered by the ashes of time and materialize dormant sensations, faces met, smiles touched", says the artist.

Her Talking Tables are tables and more: rosettes, mirror frames, floor and wall panels with decorative function, jewels. Danila Bonito uses bases of different shapes and sizes, round or rectangular, square or oval. Each work is unique and is an authentic and original expression of the artist's personal taste. The materials are various, jade and ivory, cameos and coral, silver, bronze and others.
The heterogeneity of features and components is a parallel to the plurality of glances that can read a fragment of one's memory.

In compliance with the anti-COVID-19 regulations, the vernissage will take place online Thursday 6 May at 18:00, on the social channels of the Medina Gallery.
