"ADULTS ONLY - Tommaso Sacco's POP" is the title of Tommaso Sacco's personal exhibition at the Medina Gallery.
The artist unmasks and ironizes "unpresentable" everyday gestures: from physiological functions to aesthetic interventions, from drug addiction to sexual fantasies. Tommaso Sacco's works reproduce the paradox of acts that we perform alone, in reserved solitude, but all, banally, in the same way.

In a time made of physical and emotional distance, the artist emphasizes the numerous taboos that cloud and interrupt the humanity that unites us. In the impossibility of bridging this gap, Sacco just has to understand and make it explicit through a deliberately and openly pop creative process. His works are born in digital format and are then transposed onto canvas in a harmonious overall discrepancy.

In compliance with the anti-COVID-19 regulations, the vernissage will take place online on Friday 16 April at 18:00, on the social channels of the Medina Gallery. For the occasion, an interview with the artist will be conducted by Federica Acierno (Art Curator).
