When I met Daniela Monaci in her studio, I've been watching her work and we've talked a lot. Her images are detached from reality and become fragment; post-production transforms them deeply and beautifully, without affecting their original morphology. Being still, they have a motion and the power of temporal devices. It was natural to think about human time: the time of consciousness and the time of dream as well, and about the dreamy images in Art.
