Le mie foto sono racconti di un mondo in caduta. Ogni scatto rivela di personaggi stremati che, come in un blackout improvviso della mente e del corpo, si lasciano schiantare senza alcun tentativo di salvarsi, impossibilitati dalla stanchezza della rappresentazione quotidiana del vivere, oppressi dall’apparire piuttosto che dall’esistere. Viviamo in un mondo di volti stravolti dalla chirurgia plastica con immagini fisse, stereotipate, immagini/oggetto, in cui la personalità si prostituisce ad un modello di marketing prestabilito. Io credo che la perfezione sia nell’imperfezione che si esprime nei contrasti forti, nella fragilità, nell’umanità che rende tutti gli individui diversi uno dall’altro
