On Tuesday, 13 October 2026 at 11:00 am, the David Sassoli Hall at Palazzo Valentini will host the press conference presenting the 11th edition of RAW – Rome Art Week, the week dedicated to contemporary art in the Italian capital.
From 19 to 25 October 2026, Rome will once again turn purple for a week of exhibitions, open studios, performances, talks, events and tours taking place throughout the city. Galleries, exhibition spaces, foundations, associations, academies and cultural institutions, together with artists, collectives and curators, will create an extensive journey through Rome’s contemporary art scene.
Promoted and organised by KOU – Cultural Association for the Promotion of Visual Arts, Rome Art Week reaches its 11th edition, confirming its role as an established event deeply rooted in the city and a key reference point for contemporary art in Rome.
Since its inception, RAW has promoted an open, widespread and inclusive model, connecting those who create, support, communicate and experience art. Participation is open to art professionals, while the event gives the public the opportunity to meet artists, curators and cultural organisations directly and discover the places, projects and languages that make up the city’s artistic landscape.
During the press conference, the programme, figures and new features of Rome Art Week 2026 will be presented, together with projects developed with the event’s partners and the initiatives accompanying this new edition.
