With an academic background in industrial design, I developed my practice in design and furniture before moving toward the material expression of art within Oz Officine Zero. My work centers on the creative reuse of materials—primarily wood—through an ongoing dialogue with the medium and a zero-emissions approach. Beyond ethics, the core of my practice lies in letting the material speak, highlighting its intrinsic beauty through a process of careful listening and observation.
Wood becomes a living organism, capturing the memory of time. Through an untiring exploration that spans both surface and depth, raw material is transformed, revealing grains and knots that tell stories of organic growth and sculptural metamorphosis.
I have exhibited at the *Festival del Verde e del Paesaggio* (Festival of Greenery and Landscape) at the Parco della Musica, and I created an interactive piece after winning a European grant for a neighborhood redevelopment project in Rome.
