A selection of works from a private Roman collection, begun in the 1970s and built up over more than fifty years, until the collector’s death in 2023.
Eclectic in scope, it brings together paintings, drawings, prints, photographs and sculptures spanning different artistic languages, generations and approaches. From prints and works on paper by Renato Guttuso, Piero Guccione and Titina Maselli to works by Bruno Conte, Claudio Palmieri, Matteo Basilé and South Korean artist Oan Kyu, the selection reflects the breadth of the collector’s interests and choices.
The selection is presented at Maja Arte Contemporanea in Rome, outside the gallery’s regular programme.
