Alexandra Unger is a Swedish artist who grew up in Rome. Her roots immersed her in Scandinavian fairy tales and nature, while the Mediterranean sun brightened the colours of her work. Working primarily with watercolour on paper, Alexandra creates portraits and fantastical illustrations that explore childhood memory and the perception of reality.
Alexandra will show some of her works at Studio artistico 471, a studio she shares with two other painters - Claudio Elias Scialabba and Ivan Dimitri Pilogallo - as well as the musician Giovanni Belia.
