In the midst of busy lives and constant digital noise, The Art of Reset offers a sanctuary. Here, art becomes a mantra—a way to touch our innermost selves and connect with the wiser part within, the one that already knows.
This multisensory art and creative therapy experience invites you to slow down, recharge, and rediscover presence—surrounded by color, community, and calm.
Hosted in a warm and welcoming Roman sacred space, the Matroneo inside the TH Carpegna Palace, steps away from the Vatican District in Rome, this evening gathering blends visual art, sensory exploration, and soulful introspection. Visitors will encounter original healing works from Kristen Palana’s Italian Sacred Geometry and Healing Symbols Series, accompanied by the meditative rhythm and guidance of holistic therapist and curator Francesca Paradiso Casale. Francesca will lead the audience through an immersive journey into the symbolic language of art and consciousness revealed by the artist.
Here, art is not only seen—it is felt. Through scent, sound, and tactile exploration, participants are encouraged to engage with the works in a mindful, embodied way, fostering self-reflection and inner alignment. The experience becomes a collective act of remembering what makes us human, offering the chance to return to a common ground of wisdom, balance, and connection — with ourselves, with others, and with our surroundings, in full harmony with ESG values.
Whether you're a curious visitor, a creative soul, or someone in need of a quiet moment of inspiration, this event offers a soft place to connect, reset, and recharge, starting from where you are and what TuSai.
