On October 19th at 6.00 pm the personal exhibition of Riccardo Guarneri (Florence, 1933) entitled "The Poetics of Light" curated by Enrico and Lorenzo Lombardi will be inaugurated in Rome at the Lombardi gallery. The exhibition, accompanied by a catalog with the critical text by Alberto Dambruoso, will feature around fifteen works created by the artist in the last ten years. Forerunner of Analytical Painting, Guarneri has pursued throughout his career, with extreme coherence, a rigorous painting, based on geometric references but at the same time of great lyricism and lightness thanks also to the suffused ranges of colors of which his painting is composed palette. Light, shape, sign and color represent the constituent elements of his works and it is through the balanced and refined combination of these elements that his evanescent and magical paintings are born.
