"How a work is born": stages in the creation of a sculpture and the use of various types of materials.

This study session will introduce the various materials a sculptor can use to create a work of art, focusing specifically on clay, wood, concrete-iron, and plaster. This will be followed by a practical demonstration of how to create an object using clay. The session will conclude with a discussion of any questions the guests may have.
